In the past we have tried different locations for playing and for vacation and have always thought about how we would do something like that. The only location that offered us the opportunity to live out our fetishes in connection with complete care has unfortunately not existed for a while.

Now that the opportunity has arisen to realize it ourselves, we try to offer our SM concept in a convivial atmosphere with communal dinners, also at a high level, if desired, and to offer a suitable ambience.

Our guests are free to move around the house in whatever outfit. There are playrooms available for SM games with plenty of utensils and a wide variety of SM furniture. We are happy to show you how to use it and are happy to help if you have any questions.

A sauna and a whirlpool are available for physical wellness.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room, living room, a common playroom, office and our bedroom. The guest rooms are on the 1st floor and the playrooms on the 2nd floor. In addition to the sanitary facilities in the rooms, there is a public toilet on the ground floor and an additional shower room with toilet upstairs in the playrooms.
